Siam Pad Thai - Franklin

I ordered Tom Ka soup, but it was made with coconut water instead of coconut milk. They also got our entrees wrong and insisted that they were correct. The soup should have had coconut milk and red curry, but neither was included. When I inquired about the entrees, I was told they don't add much because 'it would be overwhelming.' Ha! We never received any refills on our water. We ended up with four egg rolls, two bowls of watered-down Tom Ka, and two bland entrees that were not what we ordered. Will we return? Absolutely not! Consider yourself warned!

Such a disappointment! My daughter and I went for lunch today. We ordered one Coke, one water, and appetizers of two eggrolls each, which were fine, and two bowls of Tom Ka soup, which was described on the menu as 'Creamy Thai coconut soup with kaffir lime leaves, galangal, mushrooms, onions and scallions. ' What we got were bowls of VERY watered down coconut WATER, NO kaffir lime leaves, and NO scallions. I 've never had such diluted Tom Ka! We both chose from the Wok Stir Fry section to have Pad Ped Dinner. This was described as 'Stir fry simmered in coconut milk, and red curry sauce with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, green beans, bamboo and chopped kafir leaves. ' What we were served was NOT what we 'd ordered. There was NO coconut milk, NO red curry sauce, NO green beans, bamboo, and NO kafir leaves! I called the waitress over, and asked her if maybe we were given the wrong entree. She asked why, and when I showed her what was missing in the entree, she stated that it was as it was described. I pointed out the lack of coconut milk, red curry, kaffir leaves, bamboo, and green beans. She went back to the kitchen, talked with someone, and came back telling me that no, we had been given the right meal. She stated that they don 't put a lot of coconut milk or red curry paste in their meals, as it would be too strong. Nothing I said did anything. The food WAS ok...and I told her that. It just wasn 't the meal we ordered.

Very little lettuce with beef salad. Beef was good.Satay Chicken was dry. The salad was included is only like 3 slices of cucumber.Tom Ka didn’t even have a hint of spice making it very bland. Could not finish.

We have been ordering from this restaurant through DoorDash for years. It's always been very good until about 3 months ago. Now, we rarely get everything we order; Dishes are packaged in a way (unsealed styrafoam container) that allows them to spill all over the bag; Eggrolls are always soggy (and thrown away) because the dressing or sauce from another dish has spilled. We'll be ordering from another Thai restaurant from now on.

Pho Combination is absolutely delicious! The seafood salad is fantastic, and the service is friendly and welcoming. It's conveniently located near my hotel, and the prices are reasonable. I would rate it a perfect 10/10!
