Miyako Japanese Hibachi Steak, Seafood Sushi

Celebrated grandson's birthday here. Great food and our chef made his birthday very special. It was mesmerizing the way the food is prepared at the table. Supported different dietary restrictions and desires.

More or less what you expect from hibachi. Delicious food with a fun presentation. Staff are very friendly and entertaining. Good choice of food including a full sushi bar.

We were a party of 8 and there to celebrate a birthday. Some of those with us, including the birthday girl, had never experienced hibachi. Our chef made the experience so much fun and the entire evening that much better. We laughed so hard and thoroughly enjoyed our family dinner.

So this place is well known for dinner and a show. As you can see from my total this place is NOT worth the money. We got burnt rice and vegetables with almost no show. Then they included 18% gratuity without giving you a choice ?. And since my experience was terrible I would have never given them that. Not to mention we got charged $50 for shrimp hibachi which I thought included the fried rice but as you can see we got charged $7.50 for each rice. This is out of control.

Sushi was amazing, hibachi was okay. It could have been seasoned better and cooked better. The prices do not match the quality or quantity whatsoever. I don?t appreciate how they automatically include an 18% gratuity on the check (it was a single person check) especially since the service was mediocre at best. Not to mention, the air conditioning was either not on or not functioning; I was in full on sweat mode while eating, fanning myself between bites. Needless to say I had
