Getting to the restaurant was easy, placing my order was a breeze, and enjoying my meal was a simple pleasure. The interior was bustling since it was lunchtime for everyone, not just me. What I love most about Roy Rogers is the ability to customize your burger to your heart's content. You can load it up with whatever toppings you like, as much as you want—it's like a mini buffet for your toppings! Unfortunately, they were out of mac and cheese that day, so I settled for the dependable fries as my side. I know the burger patty isn’t anything remarkable, but the real joy comes from being able to personalize my burger. Pairing it with fries and washing it down with a cold drink really hit the spot. Overall, this location was well-maintained, the staff were quick and efficient, the food was prepared in no time, and I had a very enjoyable experience.

Our order was prepared quickly, which is what you'd expect from a place like this. However, I felt that the price we paid didn’t reflect the quality of the meal; it was rather bland and unoriginal. I can't help but think Roy Rogers would have been disappointed! The highlight of the meal was definitely the onion rings—crispy with a tasty beer batter. The fries, on the other hand, were just standard frozen fries; nothing remarkable there, but that's the nature of fast food. The staff were friendly during my two interactions, which is a positive note. However, my rating is based solely on the food, especially in comparison to other chains. Overall, I seriously doubt I’ll visit another one of their locations; this was a spur-of-the-moment decision, and I ended up feeling unimpressed with a type of fast food I usually enjoy.

I ordered a side salad and a 5-piece mozzarella stick appetizer. The salad was fresh and truly delicious. Unfortunately, the mozzarella sticks didn't meet my expectations. The marinara sauce was thin and lacked flavor. I've attached a photo for reference. I really hope Roy Rogers considers improving their products in the future. Best regards, Chef Candra.

Who would have thought that a national fast food chain could create the atmosphere of a charming, family-owned diner? Well, I can tell you it does! The staff is wonderful, the food is delicious, and the restaurant is impeccably clean!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean and well-organized. We will definitely return when we have the chance. We hope you can open a location closer to us!
