Chick-fil-a - Fredericksburg

I have been purchasing food from this restaurant for many years, but today I was shocked to find a large fly in my salad.

During my travels, I have noticed that most Chick-Fil-A playgrounds have either been closed or removed. However, we were fortunate to find an open one today. While my older kids used to frequent the indoor playgrounds, this was the first time my 3-year-old experienced the Chick-Fil-A indoor playground. It was a joy to see all the kids playing happily. It is important to support restaurants that prioritize the well-being of our children by providing safe and enjoyable spaces for them to play in. By the way, the food and service at this Chick-Fil-A location were excellent!

I often visit this restaurant's drive-thru and usually order the chicken scramble burrito because it is convenient to eat while driving. However, this morning when I ordered one, I was very disappointed to find that the burrito was almost completely ripped on one side and had a quarter-sized tear on the other side. To make matters worse, there was a piece of wrapper inside the burrito that did not belong to my order. I was unable to eat it when I reached my destination and had to transfer it to a bowl with a fork, carefully inspecting it for any other pieces of wrapper. This was a very disappointing experience.

This is hands down the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I've been traveling all day and needed a break from the road. The lead, Ms Bambi went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Kudo's.

Stopped on our way to VA Beach, and like most Chick-fil-A 's staffed with very friendly service. Food was brought to our table, and the manager came around to check if we needed anything.
