Dunkin' - Fredericksburg

This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I’d ever been to. Customer service? No idea what that is when you come to this Dunkin.

Reasonable service and well kept. Overall would definitely be back to get my Walmart coffee. If Starbucks just down the street is too busy just go here. It's cheaper and the coffee tasted fresh. Our drinks were made exactly to order. My coffee is a little too hot, but that's fresh coffee for you I guess. The Walmart is very busy, so just keep that in mind when shopping here.

Stood in line for 15 minutes cashier didn’t even acknowledge me being in the store, poor customer service will not be eating here anymore

I stood at the counter on November 26 at 7pm for over ten minutes waiting on someone to come to the counter to serve me. After no one came I just left. I could hear people in the back of the store but no one came out to help me. I wish I had a better experience.

The best coffee is found here! No Place Like Dunkin Donuts! Fresh coffee and sweet treats make this place a must!
