Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Fredericksburg

Requested band the eye, medium rare, was medium and therefore hard. my wife laughs was dry, only ok server was great. I have been going for years at least every birthday and that did not correspond to expectations. the prizes are now too high for what they get. park lane is better.

I took my mother for her first visit for her Birthday; even though her food was cooked to perfection and my filet was overcooked and I was offered to redo but I declined because I wanted to eat at the same time and did not wish to wait any longer. This was not my first visit and never had an issue until then.

Glad we were able to sneak in a reservation via OpenTable on a busy Friday night.

Service and ambiente were excellent; that doesn't eat so much.

The food was very good and the service was also good. we have the strawberry psalate and the colorado hühnersalat. the only problem was the sun that shines in our faces and the waitress said that we pulled the shadow when we asked them. it wasn't really possible because a family ate there, so we just treated it. some tinted windows could be needed.
