Stopped in post workout for a shake! Tried the peanut butter french toast and will be back for more! Staff was friendly and helpful.Had been wanting to check this place out but couldn’t ever find the time. Happy to see some earlier hours available now so we can make this part of our routine!!

The new owner and staff is great and has the vision to carry this business nicely into the future. I can tell they care about their customers. She made me a historic drink from the past legacy menu. That was so kind!I’m going to use their new menu from now on. The contents look really good! The number one meal replacement shake in American!Remember Waffles on Wednesday, and Donuts on Friday!Lastly There’s a gym/workout area in the back beyond the door.

My husband and I tried the hulk smash, I believe it was. Didn't catch the guy's name that helped us this morning, but he was very inviting and helpful. Although I didn't care for the taste of the drink, it definitely gave me the energy I was looking for during my workout! My only feedback is while there, a guy came from out the back into the store part where we were and never spoke or acknowledged us. Just a pet peeve when you're in a store and the people working there don't speak to you.

Got good vibes from this place, the owner was extremely helpful and was willing to go into detail about each of their offered drinks. Will return, and it's owned by a service member even more reason to support this place!
