I just spent $50 on gift cards and noticed a sign that offers a free 6-inch sub when you purchase $25 in gift cards. However, I didn't receive one. This is exactly why I prefer cooking my own meals at home instead of dealing with people.
This is the worst Subway location I've ever visited. We usually go to the Breezewood location, but I had to stop by here after going to PetSmart. All four of our sandwiches were poorly made. My husband's steak and cheese sub was missing the peppers and had only a couple of onion slices with barely any meat. The other sandwiches also had very few toppings. We definitely won't be returning to this location.
This restaurant really disappointed me. I tried to call in an order to make things easier for everyone, but they refused to take it. Fortunately, there are two other places within a mile that I can go to instead. I won't be giving them my business again. The owner should consider letting go of the staff member who turned me away or find a way to improve their service. Honestly, it's not like they're the busiest place around, so they should appreciate even the effort to place an order.
This subway location has outstanding management. They prepare orders quickly and prioritize customer service. I highly recommend this subway over others in the area.
