Good old paella! Imagine this - a day at the markets and you are starving only to then sit down with a plate of steaming paella. Yum! All worth it! littlegirlbigfood.blogspot.com
Good Paella. Must have read some of the reviews talking about lack of flavor and made a change, because yesterday flavor was bold and on point. Lots of chicken, decent serve of chorizo. Seasoned well, rice was good and had a nice fluffiness. Large serve was very large. The lady working there was under the pump (because it was Friday, lunch, school holidays, good weather) But she was still very friendly. Smelt great walking past as always, happy i finally gave it a go.
Was told that Seafood Paella is only gonna take less than 10minutes to cook. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for it, not impressed. If I knew it's gonna take them that long, I'd have gone with Chicken Paella already available. Anyway, finally got my Seafood Paella. It cost $11 for medium, but serving size was pretty small. It had quite a bit of chorizo, but not the seafood. Lacked seasoning too. Unfortunately, this should be my first and last try.
Good paella but not the best. Ordered the chicken chorizo paella $9.50. Need extra spices and salt. Will try the seafood next time. Fresh ingtedients and always look inviting
