I absolutely love this place! It has a fantastic atmosphere, lively bands, and an excellent selection of beers. If you're in Frostburg, you definitely need to grab a meal at SHiFT and then head over to Dante's for drinks. That's the perfect plan!

The restaurant offers a great variety of domestic, imported, and craft beers available on draft, in bottles, and cans. The menu features artisan-style dishes, and the staff is very friendly. They may have the best mac and cheese around...

Dante's bar has undergone a transformation and is now run by the team at Dig Deep Brewing in Cumberland. They have tidied up the space and made renovations. They offer daily food specials, a full bar, and an excellent selection of Dig Deep Brewing's beers, as well as some guest beers from local and regional breweries, all at affordable prices. While the stage and music area are still being revamped, once completed, they will feature the best sound system in the area along with top-notch stage lighting, making it a prime venue for local, regional, and national touring acts. This is set to become the best spot in Western Maryland.

After discovering that the restaurant across the street was closed for the season, I decided to try Dante's. While the food selection was limited, everything was excellently prepared, especially the tacos and mac and cheese. I’ve visited several restaurants in the city, and I can confidently say that Dante's is a great spot for food, drinks, music, and a lively atmosphere.
