They have a great variety of Kuchen and other desserts. Staff is ok. Most buy to go but there are some few tables to eat there. Prices are ok, just a little bit higher than the ones on the back street.
We enjoyed a lot of kuchen and tortas in the lake region, and this place was our favorite. Super fresh and delicious. This is a small, crowded bakery. They only have a few tables and we were lucky to get one. It was fun to peek through to the kitchen to see the cakes being prepared.
This is a place that you ABSOLUTLEY CANNOT MISS!!! This is a 6 star location that serves up absolutely delicious desserts that are famous in the area and surrounding regions. We went during the winter time and it’s one of the only shops open during this period of time but it was packed with visitors throughout the time we were there but there’s a decent amount of seating both in the front of the store and in a small area behind which serves drinks. Every dish we tried was 100% perfect. Nothing is stale and everything is freshly baked as the amount of visitors in this small shop of this small town is staggering and requires a constant rotation of new pastries.
Our local tour guide highly recommended this desserts joint but it's the worst apple strudel and so-called strawberry pie we ever tasted. They claimed those were freshly made this morning. The rest of desserts were made a week ago. Total cost Chilean peso 5,000. or US$6.00. IT'S A RIPOFF . DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!
