Visited this brave bar while we walked around this part of the city. a traditional interior with dark wood decoration and furniture, including a cool looking servier bar, many sitting possibilities and the location could not be better in the heart of the...Los boliches area, which is a opposite. we were here on a Friday, place was busy, but not packed, we got a beer and that was served with a little tapa everyone. the beer was excellently tasty as the tapa, service was before place and the price was about normal for this quarter of fuengirola. we moved on to our delicious beer and tapa and as with any other visit here we had a great time. easy to find on calle lope de vega de los boliches. I'm glad they're looking at each other.
We visited here the last time that we were in Spain and it was excellent. returned and it was still excellent. the menu del dia is only 11 euro for 3 courses, glass wein and brot. we had gazpachuela and gazpacho to begin. (one warm with fish and the other one cold tomato) plus fresh brot and butter. mains was bark steak and pork baked, both served with chips. the meal was gratefully warm. finished with ice of service excellent and the toilets were immaculate. including a bottle agua con gas was the bill only 23,50 euro. excellent value for money. it was not necessary to be more business. I hope it's evening.
The place is spotless the food is excellent the owners very nice and the price for 3 courses plus half bottle wine unbelievable 4 of us ate the price included 2large beers and bottle water in Stirling it worked out to just over £44 if...it's good enough for me it's good enough for the queen and the 2bad reviews I've just read do not know what there talking about WE talked to them and we speak no Spanish but we managed nice friendly place I shell defo be returning
I was amazed to read the previous two reviews after having enjoyed a great meal in this Bar yesterday evening. We had planned to eat at the restaurant next door, but fortuitously it was closed, and instead shared between four of us, we sampled both...their taster menu and the pork and steak hot stone option. They both proved to be exceptionally good value with each option costing just 21 euros for two. Both the waiter and waitress who served us were helpful and the freshly cooked dishes were brought to us quickly and were piping hot. We'll certainly be visiting this little gem again and having a glass or two of the cider on offer while there!
