We were very glad to know a Franconian restaurant which was opened in the afternoon and was very welcoming there. All the dishes of the clear map were very good and all guests were very satisfied. I can highly recommend the Bub and the team and come back safely. I love you

Update at the end of January 2023: After the past short culinary journeys to Gasthof Bub from the late winter southern city, we were recently able to enjoy the lunch table of the house. The sunny Sunday service with her younger brother, the munter Manuel, once again offered us defensive delicacies of Franconian cuisine. Allergics are also well advised here. My accompaniment suffers from a pecan allergy. Rasch has been assured that this type of legumes is not processed in the house, and therefore no cross-contamination can be present. The skillfully tapped drinks were served as usual, quickly. In the meantime, I would like to mention the heated, clean toilet, this always gives a good picture for the well-maintained state of a restaurant. After a reasonable waiting period, the charismatic Carmen served our dishes. This time we had a panted pan-cordone bleu with potato salad, which I wanted to test again (but later more) and a portion of juicy booze. The creative kitchen menus of the house, have again cooked very delicious dishes. I just want to mention the potato salad for a moment. In this, I would recommend a pinch of grated garlic and a shot of acidity in the form of bitter-grained balm vinegar (white, so that the salad does not discolor) for an even more finer aroma and a little more piff in the salad. I don't know if these reviews read the restaurant owner here, but maybe you can use this feedback profitably for the restaurant. All in all, I have to forgive five stars because of the very accommodating service of Sunday service, but with their empathic recommendations, it makes up for every missing spice! I wish the team a relaxing rest day and look forward to the next visit. Review at the end of 2022: I was on site after the recent experience and was not disappointed again. The very friendly Sunday service recommended us directly the finest dishes of the map. Her younger brother has served the drinks very quickly and deliciously. The two are such a charming team, so many can cut off a slice! The food (this time we had Cordon Bleu) was good again, the potato salad could still be a little better seasoned. Maybe it'll take the kitchen to heart soon. With such a charming service you can overlook it, therefore no star trigger.
