Dave Buster's Whitehall - Fullerton

I booked on open table but the greeter told me to wait in line with everyone else. The line wasn't moving so I eventually went to the host stand and they sat us. We waited an hour for our food and our appetizer never came. The people next to us ordered before we did and still hadn't been served all of their food when we left. I felt bad for them. The managers were not walking around to check in people. And the wait staff wasn't forthcoming either updated about peoples food. Seems like maybe there was an issue with the computers but nothing was said to the patrons. A big well known chain like this should have their act together especially on a Saturday night. Pretty disappointed experience. Luckily the food was pretty good.

We waited 15 minutes before having to ask someone to bring us some water. After that, a random worker came over to take our order because our server was too busy but we saw him helping every other table around us. Then we only got half of our food and when our server came to check on us the one time he did, he asked if we needed boxes before we even had all of our food. Horrible experience and will never go back. Staff is terrible and food isn't much better

We've been to this location a few times and this time the food was not as good as it was previously. The tomatoes on my salad were mushy, my husband didn't get the dry rub on his wings that he ordered, one of our kids said the Mac n cheese tasted weird (it had a chemical taste to it) it was all just meh. Our server was super woman the hostess station kept overwhelming her with tables (sounds like they were understaffed) and she did her best to keep up with them. We LOVE half price game day on Wednesdays so we may still come for the games but will eat somewhere else beforehand.

It took 40 mins to get food order. The burger and fries were cold, not even warm when they served. I was told drinks has free refill but when I asked for refill, the service staff said only soda has free refill not juice and she said, I work here from last 3 years. I know juice has no refills. I did not tell you juice has free refill. WOW. What a great customer service.Vegetarian options: Plant based protein option is available, but make sure they serve you warm not cold

Great Food, but the price to play is pretty egregious. 20$ 12 solo rounds of gameplay. 40$ converted to tickets could only earn 2 fundip packets. Inflation hits hard, apparently. You’ll be busting your wallet if you want to spend more than 30 minutes here.
