I've never had a complaint to this day. but today I treated 6 dirty plates of 8 she had either dried rice on the plate, or simply tasted from where the left over fatty dried. my utensils had still dried food residues. I had only one plate and left. I just lost my appetit about the idea how indecent everything else could be. before I left, I visited the toilet room that smells like some urine that made me even more disgusting. after the trip I have informed the personal about the teller and utensils. they tried to blame the guests and not take responsibility! "oh we use edgy in the bathroom, or we wash it twice "I'm pretty sure I know the difference between edgy and negligence. I wouldn't even give you a discount, just take off the drink. Come on.
I love going here. I showed the woman the utensils were very dirty, she took it. there is a pandemic, and I have already used the serviettes that touched them. be careful with salatable fish.
I get more and more disappointed with this buffet. The meat is always cold. The waitresses are money hungry and they are ungrateful. The tip has to be 5 dollars or more, otherwise they start talking bad about you in their language. The tip is NOT MANDATORY, it is if the customer wants to give it. Learn to be grateful for what is given to you.
Went to Dorney Park, and wanted to find somewhere for sushi nearish by, and asked one of the employees. They directed us here, and I hate to say that it was... Not as good as I was hoping for.The biggest issue any of us had, was where we were sat. Off to the right, and more back, smelled intensely like mildew. It was making eating difficult.Food was alright, we went for Sunday dinner. It's not the best I've had, but also not the worst.One other issue I had, when given the check, the wait staff unabashedly hovered, to essentially guilt us into tipping more. I wish they would realize it has the adverse effect.
I just placed an order around 100.00 via Uber eats. Called the restaurant to request spicy Mayo and whoever answered the call said they do not do orders via Uber eats, she was rude and said: “lady what you don’t understand we don’t do Uber eats” and after all this conversation my order tru Uber eats went tru and was delivered. They certainly have to train their employees with the correct information. Thank God I was able to communicate with the delivery guy and he was able to request the spicy Mayo for our orders otherwise they wouldn’t send it as they don’t usually send this type of sauce with the items we requested. I know this is just about a simple sauce however their customer service skills are horrible.
