Contribuisci feedbackIf you pay with a card and are asked to try again, make sure you are not charged twice. I contacted customer support three times and each time they hung up or disconnected. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Very rude behaviour of the employee called Nancy, She asked me to pay extra for salsa for the chips I bought and even I requested for mild sauce at-least she told me to pay for that too.I have not seen any chipotle charging extra for sauces when we buy the chips.She is very arrogant and disrespectful toward me.Such type of behaviour will bring wrong impression to the whole chipotle chain. I am never going back to this Fulton chipotle location.Very disappointing and upsetting, I request the management to take necessary action towards such type of staff with this behaviour.And treat every customer equally without discrimination and teach the staff like Nancy on how to behave officially with the customers.
I wanted the chicken AL Pastor, but it wasn't offered at this location.
Some of the staff at this location need some serious attitude adjusting. The atmosphere is just so unpleasant. They’re rude and consistently spewing negative energy around. It’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable that customers have to engage with and be subjected to such poor behavior, especially while being polite and respectful. Like damn, I’m just trying to pick up my food. The nasty attitudes and hostility for no reason is crazy. If you don’t like your job, find a new one !
The food at this restaurant is excessively salty compared to other Chipotles. The front counter staff is extremely attentive, quickly assisting new arrivals while also keeping an eye on customers picking up their orders. They have a designated station for pickup orders, ensuring that they are usually ready on time. Although the service is top-notch, the consistently salty food prevents me from giving it a 5-star rating.
