The items in this shop were of high quality, though not quite at outlet prices. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the pretentious and rude staff. I would consider returning if it weren't for the unwelcoming attitude of the employees.

Although the sale price was slightly higher than what I found online, I opted to make my purchase in-store to support small businesses. The employees took their time to help me make an informed decision, showing me various options and assisting me in finding a tool that would last a lifetime. Without this personalized experience, I might have gone with a different brand online. Trying out several brands in the store helped me realize that the knife I initially wanted wasn’t as good as the one I ended up choosing, which felt like the best fit for me. I'm confident that I'll return for assistance if I ever have any issues in the future. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend supporting this local business!

The selection and quality of the products were excellent, and the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful.
