Ordered Bacon Cheese Whoper and got a plain Whoper!?? Disappointed as I am in not getting the Bacon and Cheese I paid extra for even more disappointed in how the Whoper has shrunk. Its been a while since i visited BK but from what I remember they USE take TWO HANDS to handle!! I'll have e to ask next time to see a whoper before ordering I guess...... if I go back!! Culvers puts out a much better product for the Spoon is for size comparison...... and as you can see NO Cheese NO Bacon!

Jose, if that is even his real name, was so disrespectful. I pulled up to the speaker and heard nothing so I mentioned I had a pick up order. No response. I said “hello?” And again no response, after a bit I got a very rude “yes?”. As I repeated that I had a pick up order, he cut me off and said very loudly to pull up to the window. I pulled up, and waited for my order and eventually when it came out I asked for a receipt in which he informed me they don’t do that?? It felt as if I interrupted something, not a very warm costumer employee interaction.

I am a glutton for punishment. The last 3 times I have ordered there I have gotten so sick. Food tastes fine but within several hours I get food poisoning. I think its a hygiene issue or bad food storage there. I always give them another chance thinking it will be fine but its not. Other locations I don't get sick. 3 strikes and they're out.

The food is awful!!!!! It doesn’t even taste like food. The service was alright but the food was just horrible. Would not recommend to eat at any burger King.
