I recently received a lactose-free birthday cake from BR Gainesville, and it was hands down the best cake I have ever tasted! The cake was not only delicious, but it was also beautifully decorated. Highly recommend!

The employees at this restaurant are always friendly and willing to offer samples when we are indecisive. The ice cream is always delicious and comes in a variety of flavors that never fail to impress.

Very good, nice people and service but never has Pistachio Almond. We have to go to Manassas stores for that particular flavor. This store says it's seasonally produced but other stores have it year round.

A word on the cake was spelled incorrectly for my daughter?s ?going away to college party?. The color of the cake was wrong. Everyone at the party laughed at it. This is the 2nd time I ordered a cake here and both were wrong. The1st one was actually dropped and not repaired when I picked it up. I was offered 50% off my next cake(for this order) when I said I would NOT be back, how about 50% off this messed up cake. Was told that was unheard off that the most that could be discounted was 20%. But was just offered 50% next order?! Manager was starting to get an attitude and was losing patience with me. Don?t go here unless you?re getting a scoop ice cream.
