Canton - Galax

Nice little restaurant on the strip, downtown Galax. Food was fresh and authentic. A large variety on the menu. I had the shrimp and scallop dish and wife had a noodle dish with eggrolls.

I ordered chicken and broccoli and it was awful, it was the first time eating there and my last. It's back bamboo Garden for me.

I have eaten here 2-3 times and the Chinese food is always good and much like what you expect to find. Prices are reasonable the servers have always been friendly and helpful. They also have some sushi, but a limited selection I am afraid. What they do have is very, very good. [This is an unsolicited, uncompensated review. Parking: If there are no events going on you should be able to park out front or less than a block away.

There are other Chinese places in the area but I consider this to be the best one. Excellent service, delicious food, and a great atmosphere.

We love this restaurant! Friendly, clean, everyone is super friendly and the food is absolutely amazing! Karen, Priscilla and Jim are super accommodating. Everything on the menu is delicious! We had a California Roll and Pork Dumplings for an appetizer, followed by Moo Goo Gai Pan, Shrimp Egg Foo Young and Fried Donuts for dessert! Prices are very fair. Food is always cooked well and portions are good! They also have cocktails and beer. I highly recommend you give them a visit!!
