Cicis - Galveston

The restaurant was fairly organized, and although the pizza was stale, there were plenty of options available. The staff seems to be underutilized, but the overall cleanliness of the place was impressive.

I ordered pizza for my children, but it arrived cold and seemed like it had just been reheated. To make matters worse, the bathroom was in terrible condition. There was a toilet paper dispenser hanging on the door with a plastic bag attached to it. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

I hope that's what's really going on. they were 3 women at the location galveston tx. a pizza, the other one that put out the pizzas that made the other women. the third women went on their break. the pizza that was there when we came in was cold and old. I love the noodles here in pasadena and they were cold. I told her and she had to ask what to do. she put it in the many times and then it was hard and dry. the salatable was a chaos. the sweet was devastated and even looked like they were frozen. the pizza that was made was as tender as they had been hastened. the wooden rod between the load was so dusty. I couldn't believe it. there were also many dirty dishes. also bold finger and hand prints on them. there were only a few couple in the load. this is a picture of what we were sitting, a mother and what I think was teenage son here. they left it behind. they just scraped off the beats and left the diligent. I was so disappointed, we had brought my grand to the ferry and to the beach. I think they have to look into this facility, because of the condition of loading and the workers were really not interested in keeping the place. Thank you. linda Adams

Horrible time there. They ran out of the Caesar Salad. Ignored the empty bin for about 30 min. I know it's a cheap buffet, but they gotta put some cheese on the pizzas. And the new flatbread pizza with a drizzle of balsamic glaze was more like a river. All of this was met with indifference when spoke to the lady about it. I hope it's not always like this here. It was my first time at this location.

I would like to give this place 2 stars but by the time I left I just couldn 't do it. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I overheard them talking about how busy they had been. From what I could see they were under staffed. We didn 't get the Hi Welcome To CiCis and the employees except one didn 't seem to be in any kind of hurry despite the fact that the buffet was empty! A man came up and complained as I was trying to get my salad. I soon realized why. When they finally did put some out they were partially to COMPLETELY BURNT! I included a picture of one that I couldn 't believe they actually put out. Other things were just half thrown together. Watched for new cinnamon rolls to come thru and out of the oven. Continued to wait for them to be iced and then to my disbelief she pulled out a pan of them from under the counter and put the fresh ones back under. If they had some ready under the counter/warmer (getting dried out hard) why weren 't they already on the buffet? After all that wait they were hard as a rock! That did it in for me! Ohh and they were out of clean forks so I had to eat my salad with plastic silverware. The lettuce could have been better. I will say the bathroom was mostly clean.
