Great service and great food. The ocean view was beautiful.

Ever the reliable Landry's for a serving of fresh local fish in a classic Galveston restaurant on the Seawall. They also serve a fine prime NY strip steak that I recommend but the fresh red snapper is what you should be asking for and the Hemingway style is very very good. Casual attire is acceptable but not straight from the beach casual.

I think if you are under construction, you should let your patrons know in advance. Being seated at the kitchen entrance is not a pleasant experience, especially when I have planned ahead and made a reservation 24 hours in advance.

The food was delicious, the service was very attentive, and the noise level was moderate to low.
