Pizza Hut - Galveston

The most terrible service. At 8:25 ordered and my food not received until near 10. The driver gave me my food to someone else. I gave my address and they gave it to someone at another address and accused me of lying. I asked for my money back and he refused. The guy accused me of lying when I got video recordings that no one ever showed up. Apparently, the drivers can say what they want and they believe them. My children eat and sleep. I'm definitely done with Pizza Hut. I'll never be back and encourage everyone else to find another place.

The pizza was good, but it was cold. I had to warm it up. I was in a hotel, not knowing how clean the glass in the microwave I had no choice but to use it. Please note that you will add a button for the guests of the city to notify that they are in a hotel and need paperboard and napkins. Thank you.

It's hit or miss with this place. Sometimes it's great when certain people work, and a few days it's not so great. The big guy sitting in the chair always has a bad attitude.

Staff must work on their communication. Tell us the dune was open, we asked very clearly. After we paid and ordered that it was closed and told me we misunderstood him.

Didn't think it was gonna be good... it's only order and pickup now... no inside seating... bad right? Wrong! The absolute best pizza I've had... ever!
