Starbucks - Galveston

Currently, there is only one person working at this efficient Starbucks, which is quite unusual (usually, there are six or more staff members getting in each other's way)! It's a lovely spot with great coffee and stays open relatively late.

I placed a mobile order and arrived just two minutes later, and my order was already ready. The staff member who handed it to me was incredibly kind, despite the chaos of the day. As a former Starbucks employee, I really appreciate their ability to stay friendly during busy times.

I love this Starbucks! Quick, friendly, and they were so kind to remake drinks for me when something unexpected happened and we couldn't get there on time to get them??

This rating is solely based on the logostics of Starbucks. I am tired of having to call ahead of arrival to see if an ingredient is available or walking in to hear you are out of oat milk, peach syrup or another ingredient. I guarantee I am not the only one who is tired of your poor planning. We need more competition, so you will get things together.

It's really badly situated on the road side, and very hard to get to from the opposite side of the street. Service though, has been good each time I went. They so far have gotten my order right each time. So that's a plus.
