Mcdonagh's - Galway

Il posto è carino ed è un punto di riferimento a Galway. Tuttavia ho assaggiato fish chips più buoni nella contea, il menù contiene solo pesce quindi se non lo si mangia si possono prendere solo patate fritte e fagioli.

Good traditional fish and chips with a selection of fish varieties to choose from. Hand cut chips, freshly cooked, fast service, space to sit down and help getting the drinks to the table with friendly banter from the staff. A genuine fish and chip experience, which is exactly what we were looking for.

Served very quickly, but the fish and chips were neither the best nor the worst I've eaten. The fish was well cooked and a good sized portion, but a little on the oily side. Chips were crisp and tender inside. If you're looking for a quick and not too pricey meal, you can't go wrong here. Atmosphere? Upscale fast food tourist.

Very quick service, friendly staff. The portion was huge, the pricing reasonable.

They have great fish n chips, but no sea food plater as shown in the pictures.
