Very attentive. Constantly refilling our drinks. Asking if all was going well. The food, as always, is fantastic. The Bang Bang Shrimp starter is always a must-have. The meals were large. Overall a nice experience which is what I always expect and get at all of their locations. Will return!!!
As a pescatarian, I am never truly impressed with Bonefish Grill. I 've been to many locations but this one in particular I have been to the most. Unfortunately, the fish dishes here have a previously frozen fishy taste and the shrimp disintegrates. No matter what sauce is added or how I order the shrimp, it loses its consistently and texture. Not a huge fan of their seafood but their mashed potatoes were REALLY good. Also, they state that they have WIFI via their website, however, no one knows it--cool, cool.
Food was cool. Had Bang- Bang Shrimp: Calamari, Parmesan-Crusted Rainbow Trout. Fish could've been crispier. Mash potatoes nothing to rave about. Service was meh. The lady seemed overwhelmed. She had too many tables plus large party on her plate. Ambiance was chilled.
The best restaurant you can go to in Waugh Chapel Town Center. The service is great and accommodating. They are patient and if you have questions about the menu they are really knowledgable. My trout was cooked perfectly , the menu is reasonably priced and their drinks are great as well. They will be seeing me again.
I've been to this location a few times and really enjoy it. It is always clean and peaceful. I typically like sitting at the bar booths. They are comfortable and you can see the tv. The bread that comes at the beginning is always warm and fluffy on the inside and chewy on the inside; just how I like it. We ordered the bang bang shrimp and the pumpkin ravioli for appetizers. The bang bang shrimp is always a hit. The sweet, very slightly spicy, mayo sauce goes perfectly with the crunchiness of the shrimp. The lettuce that comes with is fish It is just regular lettuce but for some reason the way it lies with this dish makes it elite. I was hesitant about the pumpkin ravioli because I'm not a huge fan of savory pumpkin, but so decided to try it. I am so glad I did. The flavors were everything. The pumpkin was not overwhelming or strong. The feta cheese, pine nuts, and sauce to the fried raviloi added so many layers of texture and flavors. Each bite was a surprising delight. We ordered the filet mingon with a side of Brussels' and mashed potatoes for dinner. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly like always. The brussels were good a little bit oily though. The potatoes were standard. The customer service was good. We were seated immediately. The wait time and the service at this location are always really good.
