Panera Bread - Gambrills

This is what I think my home base Panera of 3 is that I often find in the local area. I enjoy the great variety of offers and the ambience of the facility. It is a fun social meeting place, after a while you will see the regulars and waiters added to the atmosphere.

A great panera. A sufficient parking space is around the corner. It's a little busy at lunchtime. The bathrooms, while a little dated, were always clean enough. The food has always been great. Besides the lunch break, and people who hang out with the Wi-Fi for hours, there are usually many interior seats. There are some limited outdoor seating when this is your thing. The staff was always friendly and responsive.

I ordered the pizza because she tasted from the one in Philly. OMG! I had to throw it out. The cheese does not melt, hardly a sauce. Other things are good. I am also annoyed her online menu does not fit the indoor menu. Only one register and long rows supplement the frustration. Better, we can eat better. But I love her.

I'm not sure what happened, but they're not as good as they used to be. Souffles are never available and workers do not even say hi. Customer service is missing very much. I waited for order and no one even gave me attention. The food is your normal pane food and I have just restored a wrong order. I post a picture of the lobster roll that was fine, but there was no taste.

This location has lost its luster. The dining room was completely flirty at 3PM in the afternoon. I literally had to use a napkin to remove the food items from the seat and table that are shown in the pictures. I asked for the Dinh f room to be serviced and someone strolled through and wiped down a few tables but didn?t service the floor ???
