Banana Splitz - Gananoque

The ice cream is average but the package of this place, where time (and prices) stood still, quite enticing. is very small and with only a couple of tables inside, we decided to taste a smoothie (quite good) and the two remaining home made cookies ice cream, that seemed to arrive from the 50's in individually hand sealed plastic bag oozing sweetness. and indeed while the ice cream was good, we found the cookies almost too sweet for our taste, but most would probably disagree and gobble them with glee.

Delicious! Great prices for generous portions. The ice cream sandwich is to die for!!! It is huge and the cookies they use are just as yummy as the ice cream in the middle!

Family had treats there. Nice variety of ice cream for young as well as seasoned tastes. I found the ice cream to be good.

My husband and I had two small cups of ice cream. Did I say small.........the portions were huge! The ice cream was delicious and the price was fantastic! A must stop for a sweet treat!!
