KFC - Gander

We found the food way too salty even for KFC, however I'm giving them 5 stars for stellar customer relations. Plus they refunded our order in full.

The Tuesday special at this restaurant was misleading. The advertisement stated that it included two dark meat pieces and fries for $2.99, but in reality, it was only 2 pieces of chicken for $3.99. The staff had to clarify this to multiple customers. I do not recommend the Tuesday special as I believe ordering other items, especially with coupons, would be a cheaper option.

It was a chilly evening when we arrived at the restaurant, and it was already late. Despite my mistake with the order, the staff was kind and the food was delicious.

I visited the restaurant twice for chicken. The service was excellent, but on both occasions I paid for a cookie that I never received. It was probably just a mistake, but it happened twice and I don't plan on going back for a third time.

The staff are very friendly. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait to get service but nothing tragic. Still the fastest KFC I have ever been to. Willing to wait on service if it means I'll get my food in a timely manner.
