Aktu Taktu - Gardabaer

I had the best burger's there, I had the BEST experience there. The best burger's in Iceland if you will ask me Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Bacon burger was ok but fries I have never ever ate such a bad fries, dry, hard, taste like they were 10x fried 1/10 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I’m on vacation from the states, this was the first thing we ate. What we order was; cheese burgers, fries, jalapeño poppers, and mozzarella sticks. 1 the cheese burgers were good the pickled cucumbers threw me off for a bit. The fries with the extra seasoning that was recommended to us was delicious. The mozzarella sticks was nice and hot, yet the sauce was cold and it wasn’t marinara sauce. It was more like a salsa. Now the highlight of our meal was the jalapeño poppers with the sauce, they were warm, crispy, and delicious. The service was great but the sense of urgency isn’t there, but who can I blame? Overall experience was great! Also you can have lunch with a view!

Everyone is welcome to review my reviews. I've never scored 1 star, not even 2 stars. I could be one of the gentlest advisors, as I like to apply for the companies of the people. But that doesn't deserve much. I came with a group of people from Finland. We were at 8. We ordered simple burgers and pommes and waited long. Nothing came to us... Then I asked the young person before the desk where our food was. And they complained to me as if I were the seller and she was the customer who said they were only 2 in the layer and we have to wait. There were no other customers inside than us. Just a few entrances. She was surprisingly rude. Very rude. And they worked so slowly. They were obviously tired and I try not to blame them because they are young and very inexperienced. But for the administration: I'm sorry. But if you, Aktu Taktu, rely on minimal work and maximum profit, then stop being a fast food chain. I have never experienced such a bad service, and the food did not live much of our satisfaction. Not one of us in the group. I never promised to go there again unless I see Aktu Taktu doing something about it. In fact, I am willing to delete this review and give it a second chance when each of Aktu Taktu is ready to provide a better customer service than to maximize its profits. In the end, both will never become reality. A star. And no. I'm not a Karen or Kevin. Look at my other reviews.
