Sometimes, they process your order quickly, while other times you might find yourself waiting an additional 45 minutes beyond your original pickup time. They also don’t seem to utilize the pick-up machine for pizzas, which adds to the inconvenience. Additionally, the line inside the restaurant can get really long, and it’s clear they might be understaffed. I noticed there were over ten people waiting in the small store, making the overall experience less pleasant.
I only received sauce—pepper sauce and more sauce on the pepper. My wings were cold. The two stars are for the cheese pizza, which was decent.
The amount of toppings is excessive; even removing the sauce from the pizza is absurd. It's frustrating to see this company resort to such tactics. To get a customized pizza, you have to pay extra.
To order a phone good luck .. if the lunch combo hour(s) people wait for 10min or so to make for them. Come to the facility NO is around and if they (you can say) they try to avoid you [less his super busy]
The worst customer service ever. Refuse to talk to anyone and hide away in the kitchen hoping customers leave. Major attitude when you try and place an order and lie about register problems or food that?s out of stock. If you really need your pizza fit go to another location or a different chain.
