Not bad, not great. Even though there were few people inside, we had a long wait. But there were only three employees handling the drive through, cooking and covering the counter.
The food is fine. Actually one of the better taco bells I've been to but they are slow af. They never have the dining room open during lunch hours so you have to waste gas sitting in the drive thru. I order online to save time and it makes no difference. They need to do better
Drive thru experience started out ok, other than I was 12th in line at 630pm and waited over 20 minutes to place my $38.00 order. The girl at the window was pleasant enough until I checked my bag, and was missing both ie: meaning (2) cinnamon twists, she asked what the problem was, I told her at that point A guy in a jacket came thru from outside past her, she handed him the receipt, he asked me what it was I wanted? I said my cinnamon twists please I ordered 2 didn't even get 1. He scanned my receipt and said you only paid for 1? The receipt showed 2 but in different places I was ordering for different people plus I added an extra dollar as a donation there was pen mark by 1 of the twist orders, I told the guy, I wasn't even given 1, he said ok whatever I will give you 2. He was TRYING to appease me. The girl was snarky and rude after that, very condescending. I wasn't given the sauce I asked for when I checked the bag, she said were out of hot, so I said mild, were out of mild!! Really? This is Taco Bell? Are you sure? Not really, not in Gardnerville. Get with it.
I'm so tired of getting an order here, and having to go back because they forgot something. One day the guy gave me like two dollars change, and owed me twelve bucks and change. I like the food, but it's the worse place around for service
