Costa Coffee - Garforth

Beautiful staff, very friendly, they make us so welcome that they do not want to go.

I go to this Costa a lot and it's lovely. Especially impressed today as I was there with two friends and their babies, we stayed a long time and were never made to feel like we should move on. The staff helped one of my friends out who needed a phone charger, and at one point totally unprompted brought us all over a cold glass of water. They couldn't have been more friendly and the coffees were wonderful as always! My friends also said that their toasties were amazing.

My 6-year-old daughter and I look forward to visiting this restaurant every week. Today, my daughter ordered a hot chocolate, and a staff member came over to inform us about their special pink hot chocolate. Since we weren’t aware of it, he kindly made one for us on the spot. It was a wonderful gesture! Although my daughter ultimately preferred the regular hot chocolate, she still appreciated his effort to enhance our experience. This isn’t the first time someone here has gone above and beyond for us. I regret not asking for his name.
