Mcdonald's - Gary

There were barely any customers, I beleive 3 vehicles in drive-thru. We sat in the drive thru for a long time waiting on 4 spicy McChickens.. We had to pay with quarters because they couldn't accept cards at the time.. The food was hot when we finally recoeved it ...

I keep coming here and leaving disappointed. Every time it’s worse. Most recently I waited 20+ minutes for an Oreo McFlurry, large fry, and 2 chocolate chip cookies. I get my order and the McFlurry is M&M and they offer me a strawberry pie or to wait another 20 minutes for them to make cookies. They need to shut this place down or fire everybody and reup on the staff

This experience was terrible! They took forever to get our order out, my fries weren't warm, and they completely screwed up my family of 6's order! I regret agreeing to coming here for dinner completely.

The one on Grant Street Gary Indiana should close they can be rude at times depending on who's manager the new manager from potilos now she have them on point but the other two tht club every weekend thy need to get they shifts together an night shift 8pm-thy will have a line wrap around the building taking 3orders at a time when you get to the window you got 3 workers playing with each laughing touching hugging my son when he was going for his first job we live 2sec from McDonald's an he was NO I'm not working at tht getti McDonald's.sorry

We were in the drive through and no one took our order for 8 minutes when there was a huge line behind. the person taking our order was not friendly.
