Café Du Centre - Gaspé

I highly recommend this restaurant!! The best of our trip to Gaspesie. La Croûte (typical flat Switzerland) and Le ravioli au Saumon were exquisite! Excellent service friendly owners! You will certainly not be disappointed!

This restaurant deserves more stars that I can give. An amazing venue, recently redone both inside and out, with attention to every detail. The seating, decor and service were excellent, and the food was indescribably good. We greatly enjoyed the spaghetti au fruits du mer, after opening with an excellent appetizer of calimari, and their baluchon de crevette et pentoncles, and best of all, salmon ravioli (with a hint of citrus) we're to die for. Amazing food, reasonable prices, great venue and service, definitely not to be missed.

I strongly recommend this restaurant! It was the highlight of our trip to Gaspésie. The Croûte, a traditional Swiss dish, and the Salmon Ravioli were both outstanding! The service was flawless, and the owners were very friendly. You will not be disappointed!

A true gem near Percé! The owners are just as exceptional as the food, which is quite the compliment! The menu is inspired by a winter theme and offers a fantastic selection. Everything is homemade and absolutely delicious. This place was a wonderful discovery that enhanced our stay in Percé. It's also worth noting that this restaurant is one of the few that remains open in Percé after Thanksgiving.

The ambiance is fantastic, and the staff are very welcoming. The Swiss fondue was incredibly delicious!
