Tex-mex Back Road Grill - Gastonia

What an incredible spot! We decided to stop by after noticing all the fantastic online reviews, and they were absolutely spot on. Despite being a small restaurant, the menu offered plenty of options. Our food was served promptly, and those tacos were among the best we've ever tasted—definitely the most generously stuffed! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This place is a true hidden gem! We adore their food and it has become one of our regular spots. The staff is fantastic and very accommodating. I especially enjoy the fried zucchini they serve on Thursdays! I prefer to wait a little longer and support a small business rather than hand my money over to a big chain that doesn’t care if our order is correct.

I had an incredible meal on Wednesday night! I ordered the Cali burrito, while my friend had the buffalo chicken sandwich. The service and staff were excellent! Check out the picture of the buffalo chicken sandwich below.

You absolutely need to check this place out! The staff is incredibly friendly, and it was a joy to see them in action. Next time, I plan to try a Tex-Mex dish, but this morning I enjoyed a classic breakfast, and I’ll definitely be returning!
