Bella Italia Gateshead

We all enjoyed our eating and it is better than some places at a similar price. the staff was friendly, but the service was slow. Not sure whether the kitchen or waiting staff or a combination of both sat some plates on the hot plate waiting to be served. there was also a mistake with the order, as cheese had been added to a vegan dish, but they replaced it and took the price of the bill and gave us a free drink so that they certainly did their best to correct it and I don't think they asked for more. overall still good, but better.

In the last months were some bella italias, but this franchise must be one of the best we have visited. eating was brilliant, full of taste. the meatball stars are **** brilliant and do not forget the 5 stars customer service from the personal. the great scream for alex, who was the hostess with the greatest. thanks for a nice evening.

The waitress Alex was excellent, service with a smile! regularly ask if we are okay and if we need something else. will definitely be back. thanks for the experience alex.

Service here is great, the food as always is excellent. cant remember what this pasta is called but its blue cheese.
