Ok, Harlingen has a good hidden gem in the wall. This place Gets a Salad , which is the place to come and try. To start, the staff/owner are awesome folks. If this is your first time, he gives you a taste sample of each salad he has made so you can taste and decide which you 'ld like. His every day freshly made salads chicken, tuna, broccoli, yes broccoli salad. I loved that very different and delish. You may say oh it 's the same as other common known places, but no, it isn 't. The taste is fresh, y 'all. Every morning is a new batch for the day. The owner, Manny, is a very nice gentleman in this business he is very hospitable and very friendly. His employee, too, named Manny, is a very kind, bubbly personality, and very good environment makes you feel welcome. I will continue to come here even if I drive 30 minutes to get here it 's worth it. Help Local Buisness I encourage you to give him a try. You won 't be disappointed,trust me. Super delicious clean food! I got the macaroni salad and the chicken chipotle salad and it was soo good. Reasonable price for the amount of food you get and the owner is so nice and friendly. Will be back again and would recommend to anyone that wants a nice clean light meal. Inside is also very clean.

Really great service. This was my first time here and the gentleman waiting on me explained everything really well and let me sample the different kinds of chicken salad/tuna salad/veggie salad options. He even explained what was in each one. I got the chicken apple because it was so flavorful. The tuna salad was also really good. I had a hard time picking between macaroni salad and broccoli salad for my side since both tasted amazing. I’ll be back!
