Must have changed hands again... this place has the worst service. Sat for 10 minutes while they waited on everyone else and stood up at the front and chatted away. NEVER again Lonnies never again.... very sad.. no wonder there wasn't anyone in the place.

This is our favorite spot to visit every time we’re in South Texas. The food is consistently delicious, the customer service is exceptional, and the prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend checking it out!

Awful management plenty of parking space for act employees and got threatened would be towed learn to share unused space I hope it gets shut down entirely

I can't believe I waited so long to try this place! My husband and I both ordered the Farmer #2 breakfast special, and everything was cooked to perfection! The pancakes were large and tasted fresh. My eggs were cooked medium and his scrambled, both done just right. The highlight for me was the bacon. I requested it extra crispy, and it was not only perfectly crisp but also had an ideal portion size! We even decided to try the cinnamon roll based on another reviewer's suggestion, and I’m so glad we did! Our waitress recommended we have it grilled, and it was delicious! I highly recommend this place!

Wow, this place is fantastic! The pancakes were incredibly fluffy. If you’re looking for a cozy spot for a great brunch, this is definitely the place to be.
