Y’all need to hire people who actually want to work and not horseplay around. These kids was playing while people been waiting on food for over an hr n half yesterday night on 7 29 24 They decided it was a good idea to throw down wings and burn them because they turned the fryer temp up . Smh also some of these kids are very unapologetic, not exercising kindness or empathy. No type of customer service skills whatsoever. Now im not afraid to say it how it is, but y’all need to get these kids separated, warnings, give different shifts or just terminate. It’s not fair to customers who walk in to pick up an order doordash or not, make an order at counter or over the phone and that nobody is acknowledging the customer in a timely fashion. They stare or don’t say anything for a long time. That’s rude. Anyways food was over cooked, better than under I guess, fries tasted burnt because of oil . We didn’t even get our order correct and we didn’t even get our receipt. They need some work. Both locations. Real talk.

The smell of rot is stuck around the coke machine! I'm sure it's due to lack of cleaning it. A pan of water drippings that have now molded are under machine smelling entire restraunt. Why nobody has addressed this is beyond me! As a manager of a different restraunt i would never allow my workers to leave the machine unsanitary. Let alone leave a pan of molded drippings around. Coke were not refilled only carbonated water coming out. When they fixed it, it came out really flat. Nobody wanted to readdress or adjust the machine or hoses so i left it alone.on top of that No ice! It was NOT busy at all to be slacking this bad.! Food was the only thing fresh but it being this dirty im wondering what it really like back there. If yall comfortable leaving mold around drink machine. Just looking at the machine gets me sick with all the mold. No clean tables girl was just walking around. Instead of cleaning tables getting them ready for customers. I had to clean others mess up. Cause she clearly wasnt going to! Im so upset cause this was my go to! Not anymore! Back to wing barn i go! Fix this! Even if u have to retrain proper sanitary habits! Especially for the coke machine! Thats where bacteria grows, such as MOLD! Update review: thank you for fixing all of the wrongs. The staff was awesome, food was hot and fresh, store was squeaky clean. Drink station was clean and fully stocked ice and drinks were working properly. Keep up the great work team!

Been patiently waiting, along with other customers who ordered before me or online, for about 45 minutes. Seen several people leaving upset and the worst part is some couldn’t even get a refund back. Will be changing location and stop coming to this wing stop. Don’t waste your time coming to this location.

Family friendly,great food ,staff is very nice,very clean place

It is a nice place to have lunch or dinner with family or friends, I recommend it.
