Worst service, I ordered on the line. I got my order wrong. I ordered 50 of them to be insane, they were all bones. When I called her, I was asked to drive back and exchange her. They said they were ready in 20 minutes. I'm coming 35 minutes later and they were not ready, I had to wait 15 minutes. Be careful when you order on the line. This will be my last time in this place. No customer service.
Honestly, this Wingstop is my favorite about the other. Eating is always 10/10. There was a mistake on my order today and they repaired it quickly. Felt welcomed when I came in and didn't feel like I was wrong to show the mistake. Customer service 10/10 especially as it is a Friday night rush
I ordered online and it took forever. Both app and email said 30-35 minutes. When I was there, they told me it was 30 minutes. No one comes in, everyone here is waiting for his food. Sad, next time I go to another restaurant. Moreover, customer service is not good.
Normally I get good service which I why I’m leaving 2 stars but today was some of the worst service I’ve had. First I was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes and then hung up on. I was assuming they were busy so I wasn’t quite bothered. I placed a online order and went inside to sit down. We got there and they weren’t busy at all. I ask for my order so we could sit down but it wasn’t ready and gave them my name. The tables and floors were dirty so we had to ask them to clean the table. After sitting down for 30 minutes we came to find out our food has been just sitting on the counter and no one said anything. Complete laziness from the staff and disrespect.I could’ve worked better there alone with just myself and a cook.
