The Jalapeño Bites would have been much better if you hadn't left out the Bronco Berry Sauce. It was missing, and although you included a straw, I hadn't ordered a drink. The "Premium" Nuggets were disappointing—there was very little chicken and too much tough breading. They were called premium, but they were much better when I ordered them in the past.
I encountered missing items with my order and did not receive any compensation for it. I paid extra for a larger size, but I never received it.
The North Syracuse site is our favorite, the staff there is a well managed service is great, it is like a house away from home for us
Love Arby's the manager is the best. Very nice and patient.
