Contribuisci feedback? Update: It was better! It was good until it was N?T! We started with a warm greeting. That always makes us feel that a restaurant really wants our business. Then after we sat in a very comfortable stand, our waitress Emily came by so fast, she scared me! The restaurant was empty to an older couple leaving a few minutes later. Emily was so friendly, attentive, helpful and very energetic. This was also a plus; and most companies today lacked it. She apologized for scaring me, but since we were her only customers, she should be fast. So naturally it hurts me to tell you that the cook messed up our wonderful evening, but I have to do it. The Sirloin plate of JP was fine, but after his order they had N? more baked potatoes; so he had to choose another side. Not what we expected, but okay, he's adapted. JP said the Mac 'n Cheese was good! It was my BOGO Burger meal, which ended half a T? TAL FAILURE! Emily proposed this burger meal because it was her Thursday special, and they were good to her! The burgers came and were huge. But, after eating only half of the patty melt (which I added grilled mushrooms, salad and tomatoes) and the delicious vegetable medal I was full. The only bottom to the first burger was the meat a little more salt than I like. Probably the Speck Mayo. The failure was, however, the three cheeseburgers (that JP 't wanted last night, but would be for lunch the next day) we should take home. ? But the cook left the parchment paper between the cheese and it was melted between the other two, put on the meat, then the bacon was placed on the three cheeses and placed on our table. We didn't even notice it, even Emily. I was so00000, I forgot to capture it on my camera. It's N?T normal to take photos of your food! I do not enjoy negative reviews; and I hope Cotton Patch loses no customers. But that was totally unacceptable and unbelievable. I am sure that the Holy Spirit referred this paper to me, because after I had eaten the grilled vegetables from my Patty melt, I tasted some of the pommes of JP... then it was just a shine in the light. I saw that most cheese was melted, but I started moving a piece of cheese, but that was it, parchment paper! Really? Unfortunately, yes. In all my years I have served NIE a burger with parchment paper between one of the layers: be it bacon, salad tomatoes, cheese or cheese. It's just D?ES N?T! But the manager made a great thing, he replaced the second burger and drew the costs for my BOGO Burger meal. That's why we give them another chance to work better. I wanted to give them 5 stars because of our wonderful waitress Emily and the manager. But that wouldn't be fair. This was our first time at this point, so N?T is a good first impression. We think the cook had a whole brain...???
I might be too generous with 3 stars. I'll start saying it was at 7:30 on a week night when we left. There were only a few tables with guests when we entered. We had to wait more than 5 minutes to be welcomed and get a table. Apparently there were only 1 waitress and 1 chef in the night. We ordered drinks and the waitress asked if we had a few minutes with the menus and if we wanted to roll. We said to both. About 10 minutes later we finally got drinks, but no rolls. She said they were in the oven. We all ordered. And waited. And waited. And waited. Some of us smoked. When we came back, there are no rolls or food. Our plates came out after about 30 minutes. The waitress said the reels were almost ready. Really? They finally made it to the table after another 5 or 10 minutes. I'm one of those people who eat bread with every meal, so it was annoying for me. The food was good when a little over price, and the waitress was super nice and tried to be helpful. She just couldn't find out what wasn't ready. I could say she felt bad at everything that took so long, but there was nothing she could do. In total, the meal took us about 2 hours. If you are tired after a long working day and everything you want is a good meal to eat and go to bed, 2 hours feels like a life. The food was good, just as it was with any other cotton patch. But waiting was ridiculous. We won't be back. There are many places with food that is just as good where it does not take 2 hours for a meal.
Very disappointed! Appetizer of fried pimples was much over fried. Grilled chicken was like jerky?. Fried french french fries instead of the ordered baked potatoes. Forget the avocado that came with the salad. They were sold out of what my son ordered, but the waitress went ahead and put in the rest of the order. He waited for his food for 20 minutes to finally come to my son and now our food was cold! Come on!
I'm literally sick. Placed a pick-up order to be ready by 1:25. I wanted to pick up my order at 1:23. I'm going straight to the counter and waiting. I wasn't greeted, but they went around me for 13 minutes. Finally, a brunette girl asks me? What? I gave her the name and waited another 10-15 minutes for my order. After we get the food home, we realized that the food was cold. How? I don't know because we live a block away. After the microwaving of our food, my husband finds several strands of blond hair in his Broccoli Reis-Casserole. My beans weren't ready, AT ALL! These are not all ladies and gentlemen. He ordered the mushrooms and literally 6 pieces of mushrooms on his plate! I called a refund and they offered vouchers! I called the owner and they won? I called her company and they don't answer! Just save your money! This restaurant has gone to hell since the pandemic. You were great, but now it's a waste of time and money! What a headache! $32 the drain and no explanation why we can?t get a refund!
Best dinning experience! From host to server (Cowboy) to Manager...all were excellent! Food was great! Clean establishment. Definitely will make this my new go to place when going through Georgetown!
