Wildfire - Georgetown

Our last two meals at Wildfire were disappointing compared to the quality we expect and love from this restaurant. The steaks were fatty and tough, and the meat was poorly cooked. However, our waiters were excellent both times. It will be a while before we consider returning. This used to be our favorite restaurant.

Such a gem for Georgetown! Business dinner for our group handled well and with finesse! The food is really good we tried a lot of things but it is primarily a steak house so all the steaks we tried were great! The venison was phenomenal and the duck was also very good! The appetizers were brought out quick and we're done to perfection I would recommend the calamari (I know boring but crispy and delicious), the artichokes and the polenta wedges! A little loud but I would highly recommend it!

Wonderful restaurant with great staff and excellent food!! We?ve been here a couple times now and it has quickly become a favorite since our first visit back in August. The first time I tried it I went back the very next day with some family members just to have it again!! We?ve all loved it. We?ve tried multiple dishes, but the duck is just spectacular. I?ve had the pleasure of having both Will and Paul as our servers, both very kind, friendly, and also knowledgeable about the food that they serve. It?s a very nice restaurant without feeling pretentious either. Very warm and makes for a great date night or nice outing!! So glad we found this place and really look forward to future visits :

Enjoyed lunch with a larger group of friends on a Friday. Facility is lovely with a full bar and a separate dining room, plus a private room you may reserve for special events. See pics. We enjoyed good service, and they provide delicious complimentary rolls. My shrimp enchiladas were delicious, as well as my chocolate torte and coffee. Others enjoyed a 10 ounce bacon wrapped filet, and a New York steak. Everyone enjoyed their meal and they were expertly prepared and presented. Prices are actually quite good considering the quality of the food. Adult beverages are available, as well as a fine wine list.

We had our first dining experience at Wildfire, and it was wonderful! Our server was excellent—super friendly and offered fantastic recommendations. We decided to sample a bit of everything: chicken fried steak, seafood pasta, catfish, and the daily special, redfish. However, the highlight of the meal was definitely the dessert. The chocolate cake and peach cobbler were among the best I've ever tasted! The margaritas were also impressive; the bartenders certainly know how to pour! I can't wait to return and try something new!
