There were only a few people eating and I understand why... I was never asked about a drink choice and have no idea where they went! I ended up just leaving. Hopefully it was just an off day?? Just my honest experience...
This is what I was sent and it was totally wrong!! The lettuce looks old as hell.. No bbq sauce. Why would u send that to someone, would u want your family member eating it?
My son told me and my husband about Chili's. We went there for dinner. We had the Triple dipper. It was really good. We forgot our waitress name, she was really nice and always checking on us. Me and my husband will visit again. We thanked my son for the ideal place to go. We will try other food from the menu when we come back. Thank You Chili's for the great food and service.
What has happened to the Germantown, TN Chili's? Eating here was always a special experience in the past good food in a fun atmosphere. The quality of the food has been inconsistent for years now, but we decided to try a pick up order. It was just wishful thinking that the result would be positive. First of all, the chips with the queso were overdone. The queso itself had an odd texture but was the best part of the meal. I ordered a quesadilla explosion salad. The quesadilla was cold. The cheese was almost nonexistent. What cheese was there was completely overcooked. The tortilla portion literally broke like a cracker. It was clearly cooked hours before and just added to the salad. So many of the old menu items are gone nachos, chicken tacos, apple crisp dessert. I have fond memories of this Chili's when it first opened and the good food/times there with family and friends. After spending $60 on subpar food one more time, I need to stop hoping that the food might be good again. Bye, Germantown Chili's.
Food was ok but the service was absolutely atrocious. Our waitress not only took 10 minutes to greet us, but she came to our table a total of 3 times. We never even got refills. Her attitude was very nonchalant and when she “went to ask a manager” if I could add something to my order she just didn’t come back. She didn’t even tell us her name, I just remember a big girl with braids. She didn’t even know what cajun pasta was and had me point it out to her on the menu. After she disappeared for another 20 minutes we had to get the hostess to bring us to go boxes. If it was due to the restaurant being busy I’d understand but there were barely people in there. The two tables on side of us had to engage with the host as well because SHE BARELY CAME TO CHECK ON HER TABLES. literally one of the worst chillis in the city.
