What an amazing lunch experience at Lupa. It was my first visit to this restaurant and it definitely won't be the last. I had the avo balsamic fillet and it was absolute perfection. Excellent service and great food.
Been to Lupa for dinner with visiting friends from the Czech Republic. Nice warm atmosphere, great food and excellent service. Thanks to Chelsea for awesome service.
Great little restaurant which is well located within Hillcrest. A truly warm and inviting eatery that is accompanied by a wonderful menu. The pizza's are delicious and the pasta dishes are great. The lupa cocktail with honey jack Daniels was superb and the gelato dessert super yummy! A certain must for both holiday makers and locals alike.
Lupa (Hillcrest) was the first place I took my partner when we atarted dating. We only visit Durban once a year now but it has always been amazing. We recently returned after visiting family... needless to say, the service was amazing , the ambiance was amazing, the food was perfect, i could not fault it in any way. I had a special pizza 'forgotten name ' with gorgonzola, roast almonds, butternut and sweet chilli chicken and I was more than happy. my favourite pizza is the Sofie Bear and that also comes from the same restaurant, this is now my second favourite pizza. My partner had the veal which melted in your mouth. Then a desert of a triple chocolaye brownie which is very rich and has to be shared. All rediculiously good and so this restaurant will recieved the highest rating I will ever give... A 4.5... reason for never giving a 5 is the same as rate 100% for art, its not possible. Will return to this place as many times as I visit Durban. An amazing culinary experience.
