Very nice colonial restaurant, service is slow, but eating is great, prices are good, recommended typical food from santander.

Very nice place, good old house very well designed and has a well, a fountain and like a Japanese little Park, including a playground inside. The serving staff has very nice outfits, similar to the Oaxaca Dancers in Mexico. Good for that... thatñs why I...gave a 2 and not a 1 . What is not good, is the quality of service: Extremely long time to be attended. Were seated and after 20 minutes I had to stand up and go find someone who could give us the menu´s, and take our first drinks order, while we decided what to order; which was not taken very friendly by the supposely manager.... she wanted us to order in seconds, and leave. Same with the delivery of the drinks...The meats were cold and raw medium; not medium well as I ordered the Picada Casona ... and the food quantity is not worth the pirce paid for such plate highly overpriced. Lengua en Salsa was good. Don´t think will come back... the other places we´ve gone, are much better, without the overpriced menu available here.

The service is extremly slow, not efficiant and pretty ignorant. I went there and ordered a beer and the traditional cabra dish. After 45 min I asked about my food, but the waiter just told me, he didnt know about my order. No APOLGY. He...was just not interested. Because of the good rating I tried another time the next day. Again extremly slow, you have to remind the waiters, otherwise nothing is coming. This time I got the food , but it was quite disappointing. The meat was totally dry. I had the same dish in Bukachara, much cheaper, but delicious. This place looks fancy and might appeal to people who like to show off and think, if the food is expensive it must be good. Its an absolute no,no.
