I ordered the baked egg. it was a great tasting experience that I had only a little more to offer, as the orange-coloured marin gurke was very good. the fish may have been cooked a little less, as I noticed wisely of too much strength, even in the thickest part. the service was pleasant and respectful. they saw me in the eyes and seemed real. the table was a bit boring without looking at mjøsa as I had expected, but I had no table reserved. Rather it was the narrow road down and from others who sound surprisingly good. the beer was served at the perfect temperature and in beautiful glasses. the price was suitable/modified for the experience with about 400 nok. I was full and happy.
