I waited over two hours for my food to be delivered, well past the shop's closing time, but it never arrived. I called multiple times, but no one answered, and I didn't receive any updates or notifications. Although my order was accepted and I made the payment, it was never delivered. The communication was extremely poor, and the customer service was dreadful and non-existent. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Food rating: 1.

The atmosphere is difficult to evaluate since it was a takeout order, but I can only assume it reflects poorly, given the overall experience. Love this place Fantastic Fish Pakora, Tarka Dhal, Chicken Biryani and a Tandoori Chapati New favourite is Chicken Makhani and Lamb and Spinach
