I had ordered a number of times from here and the food was always good. However I recently placed an order online, and due to the delivery time cancelled. Spoke to staff and they confirmed the order was cancelled and would be refunded. Food still arrived, which I sent back. I have now spoken to staff twice and been told I will get a refund or the manger will call back, neither had happened. However manager/owner got in contact and resolved the issue quickly and have offered compensation which was a nice touch. Once contact was made there were arguments about the refund and the owner kept in regular contact until the refund had gone through. Food: 5 Service: 4

Thanks goodness clean Japanese food in the suburbs. Love it. Often pick up take out fir kids after school. Highly recommended. Kid-friendliness: My kids love this food.
